The best place to start riding the Nasho is the Northern end of the Park. The patch bounded by Greys Point, Farnell Ave, the Princes Highway and the river has about 20km of trails and dirt road, and it's very hard to get truly lost, though it's easy to get quite confused. South of Farnell Ave, follow the Loftus Trig Fire Trail toward Heathcote.
Pretty much every trail you see is rideable, though some don't actually go anywhere. Again, getting lost is hard, as the trail network here is sandwiched between the railway line and some steep, trail-free valleys. Don't follow signs to Audley unless you truly like walking, though.
Dropping down Farnell Ave into Audley, Lady Carrington Walk is a very easy out and back amble through rainforest by the river.
